Started in 1972 under the name of Pompes Industrielles Ste-Foy Inc., the company has acquired three other business places in order to better serve the Province of Quebec. The company has been acquired in 2005 by Gro-Mec Inc., a well established company in his market since 1973. A name change has been made in 2008
in order to gather the business places under the same banner and thus consolidate the sales forces of the company.
